Client
The Carnegie Hotel is an intimate boutique hotel in Midtown Manhattan, directly across from Carnegie Hall and steps from Central Park. With just over 60 rooms, the property offers a more personal alternative to larger New York hotels.
Its location, contemporary design, complimentary breakfast, daily wine hour, and highly personal guest experience give travelers compelling reasons to book. The digital presence needed to communicate those differences clearly while helping the hotel compete for direct demand in one of the world’s most competitive hotel markets.
Partnership
Gourmet Marketing began working with The Carnegie Hotel in 2024 to build a coordinated digital program rather than manage each channel separately.
We designed and developed the hotel’s new website in HubSpot, creating a clearer path from discovery to booking. Moving the website to HubSpot also gave the hotel a stronger foundation for content, campaign landing pages, measurement, email marketing, and ongoing website management.
Our SEO, local-search, and AI-visibility work helps travelers discover The Carnegie while researching Midtown hotels, nearby attractions, and distinctive New York stays. We also built the hotel’s email marketing strategy from the ground up, creating a direct channel for offers, guest communication, and future demand.
Advertising became one of the clearest measures of the connected strategy. Full-year paid search revenue increased 152% in 2025 compared with 2024. From January through September 2026, paid search revenue increased another 95% compared with the same period in 2025. Return on ad spend improved 45%, reaching 22.4x.
The Carnegie Hotel is now supported by one connected digital program. The website, search visibility, email marketing, advertising, and reporting work together around the same objective: strengthening direct revenue while protecting the character of the hotel.
