Housed inside a restored 19th-century whiskey blending and bottling facility, the property combines industrial heritage with modern hospitality to create one of the area’s most distinctive dining and lodging destinations.
Known for its rustic wood-fired Italian cuisine, seasonal menus, and stylish atmosphere, the restaurant has become a cornerstone of Fishtown’s culinary scene.
In addition to the restaurant and bar, the property features a boutique hotel with a limited number of design-driven guest rooms that retain many original architectural elements of the historic building.
