Lowland is a Southern tavern located within The Pinch boutique hotel in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Situated just off King Street in a historic 19th-century building, the restaurant blends refined Southern comfort cuisine with a warm, layered dining environment that reflects Charleston’s culinary heritage.
The concept was developed by hospitality group Method Co. and led by James Beard Award-winning chef Jason Stanhope, bringing elevated Lowcountry flavors and a multi-level dining experience to one of Charleston’s most vibrant culinary neighborhoods.
