Jr. Project Manager
Gourmet Marketing is seeking a Jr. Project Manager to join our team. This is an entry-level position with a defined path to Marketing Manager, and we are hiring for potential rather than a resume. No prior professional experience is required. What we are looking for is someone exceptionally organized, genuinely interested in building a career in digital marketing, and willing to do the daily hands-on work that a hotel marketing program is built from. If you want to learn this industry from the inside and are prepared to earn your way into the strategic work, this role is designed for you.
1. About Gourmet Marketing
Gourmet Marketing is a strategic hospitality marketing agency that partners with the world’s most distinctive hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle brands to transform digital marketing into a measurable growth engine.
We combine deep industry expertise with advanced analytics and AI-driven insight to connect hospitality brands with travelers at every stage of their journey—from discovery to direct booking.
Our work spans SEO, paid media, content strategy, and conversion optimization, all built on a single principle: make marketing accountable to revenue.
With a proven record of elevating boutique and multi-property hotels alike, Gourmet Marketing continues to redefine what performance means in hospitality marketing.
2. Role Overview
The Jr. Project Manager owns the day-to-day execution behind our clients' marketing programs. The early months are about tangible output: publishing the blog posts our writers deliver, planning content calendars in advance, building newsletters, handling straightforward website updates, keeping design projects moving through the pipeline, and making sure Asana reflects reality. Alongside that comes the connective work of an agency, taking notes on client calls, sending recaps, assigning what came out of the meeting, and following up until it is closed.
None of that requires a marketing background. It requires someone organized enough to hold a lot of small moving pieces at once, and curious enough to keep asking why each piece exists. That curiosity is the point, because the strategy behind the work is what gets learned first.
From there the scope grows deliberately. Months one to three cover the systems, content publishing, website updates, and project coordination for a set of accounts, alongside structured onboarding across SEO, paid media, social, analytics, and web. Months four to eight add client calls, ownership of campaign timelines, and the first client reports. From month nine onward comes strategy input and a first client program with senior support, with a Marketing Manager title as the goal. Pace depends on the person, not the calendar. Several people on our team have taken exactly this route.
