Gourmet Marketing is a strategic hospitality marketing agency that partners with the world’s most distinctive hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle brands to transform digital marketing into a measurable growth engine.

We combine deep industry expertise with advanced analytics and AI-driven insight to connect hospitality brands with travelers at every stage of their journey—from discovery to direct booking.

Our work spans SEO, paid media, content strategy, and conversion optimization, all built on a single principle: make marketing accountable to revenue.

With a proven record of elevating boutique and multi-property hotels alike, Gourmet Marketing continues to redefine what performance means in hospitality marketing.

You will be responsible for designing and maintaining analytics data models, building reliable reporting and data pipelines, and translating complex, multi-source datasets into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and client stakeholders. The role is well-suited to a mid-to-senior-level professional who is comfortable owning analytics workflows end to end—from data ingestion through to insight communication.

You will work closely with marketing strategists, and leadership to uncover opportunities, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives across our global hotel and restaurant client base.

As an agency, we are working simultaneously on many accounts – so prioritization, multi-tasking, and a structured approach to processes cannot be something you are afraid of.
