As the Digital Marketing Manager at Gourmet Marketing, you will lead high-impact digital strategies for our independent hotel clients. Your expertise in hospitality marketing and strategic leadership will guide a team in crafting data-driven campaigns that showcase each hotel's unique charm. This role requires strong client management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver outstanding results. This remote role operates within EST working hours and may require travel to visit clients.






  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with independent hotels' branding, goals, and target audiences. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide strategic insights that drive successful campaigns.

    Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists to execute multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, content creation, and paid advertising.

    Client & Revenue Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with independent hotel clients, acting as a trusted advisor while consistently delivering results that exceed expectations. Work closely with clients' sales and revenue teams, participating in revenue calls to align marketing strategies with business objectives and optimize direct booking performance.

    Campaign Oversight: Ensure seamless execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, maintaining brand alignment, impact, and strategic focus on client objectives.

    Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize strategies, improve conversion rates, and drive measurable results.

    Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and hospitality industry innovations, applying insights to develop cutting-edge strategies that set clients apart.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven success in client relationship management and campaign execution within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.
  • Expertise in digital advertising, SEO, and website user experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared goals.
